PJ investiga morte ‘estranha’ de homem numa habitação da Avenida da Igreja

A PJ está a investigar uma morte suspeita, ocorrida na última noite, na freguesia da Lage, Vila Verde. António Francisco Peixoto Pereira, com 49 anos de idade, foi encontrado morto em circunstâncias ‘estranhas’ numa habitação da Avenida da Igreja.

A família estranhou a sua ausência e o fato de a casa estar fechada há tantas horas. Sem resposta às várias chamadas, foram acionados os bombeiros e a GNR.

Foi arrombada a janela e, de acordo com uma testemunha, foi encontrado prostrado no chão, em tronco nu, com uma toalha em volta da cabeça.

As circunstâncias estranhas alertaram as autoridades, que estão a investigar.

A Polícia Judiciária esteve no local a proceder a recolha de elementos de investigação.
