Recusou teste de alcoolemia e foi detido pela PSP em Braga

A PSP, comando distrital de Braga, anuncia a detenção de um homem, em Braga, por recusar teste de alcoolemia, durante uma ação de fiscalização na cidade.

«Os polícias solicitaram que um cidadão com 38 anos de idade fosse submetido ao teste de alcoolémia. O mesmo recusou, sendo detido», anuncia a polícia.

Em face da recusa, foi o mesmo detido e notificado para comparecer no Tribunal Judicial de Guimarães.
