Faça sol ou chuva, esteja calor ou frio, em Vila Verde, onde há uma concertina há animação. E, por isso, apesar da chuva que caiu incessantemente, mais de quatro dezenas de grupos participaram no XXIII Encontro de Tocadores de Concertina integrado na Festa das Colheitas. A organização voltou a ficar a cargo do Rancho Típico Infantil de Vila Verde.
