PJ detém homem suspeito de abusar da filha com doença mental grave

Um homem suspeito da prática reiterada de abuso sexual da filha, que sofre de uma doença mental grave, foi detido e ficou em prisão preventiva, anunciou hoje a Polícia Judiciária (PJ).

O detido, 53 anos, terá praticado os crimes durante cerca de um ano, na Figueira da Foz, contra uma vítima, com 23 anos, incapaz de resistência, segundo a PJ.

«A investigação da PJ iniciou-se com a denúncia apresentada pela instituição onde a vítima é utente, que deu origem à abertura de um inquérito e posteriores diligências de recolha de prova, que culminaram na detenção do agressor», adiantou a polícia, em comunicado.
