Violador de Vila Verde só foi preso dois anos depois de ser condenado

Esgotadas todos os recursos, um homem de Vila Verde já está preso no Estabelecimento Prisional de Braga depois de ter sido condenado, em 2017, a 11 anos de prisão por violar e coagir uma sobrinha de 13 anos.
