Manel das Vacas, figura típica de Guimarães e das Festas Nicolinas, morreu esta terça-feira à tarde no Hospital da Senhora da Oliveira, vítima de doença.

O Grupo Santiago conta que Manel das Vacas foi uma personagem incontornável da festa dos estudantes vimaranenses, tendo ajudado inúmeras comissões de festas na organização dos seculares festejos.

As cerimónias fúnebres ainda não estão marcadas.
