Mais uma menina portuguesa morre afogada em piscina em França

Uma menina portuguesa de quatro anos, Maria Leonor, morreu afogada numa piscina em Cazals, perto de Gourdon, em França, esta semana. A tragédia aconteceu na passada quarta-feira à noite e a polícia vai investigar as circunstâncias da morte e já abriu uma investigação, avança o Correio da Manhã.

A morte ocorreu numa piscina particular de uma casa isolada, indicam os jornais franceses.

A família da menina é natural de Maureles, no Marco de Canaveses, revela ainda o CM, que indica ainda que o corpo deverá ser trasladado para Portugal na próxima terça-feira.

A Casa da Cultura Popular de Maureles já manifestou publicamente o pesar pela morte da menina. Cancelou mesmo alguns dos eventos previstos na freguesia para este fim de semana, «em sinal de respeito».
