Tribunal fixa em 48 mil euros indemnização a cabo da GNR por danos em acidente de viação

O Tribunal da Relação de Guimarães fixou em 48 mil euros a indemnização a pagar a um automobilista de Vila Verde, de 41 anos, que é Cabo da GNR local, sendo 38 mil por dano biológico e dez mil por danos não-patrimoniais causados por um acidente de viação, ocorrido em Dezembro de 2013, numa rua próxima do quartel dos Bombeiros.
