Português detido em Espanha por abuso sexual de menores seus familiares

Um português procurado por abuso sexual de menores foi detido esta semana pela Polícia Nacional em Bilbau, País Basco, Espanha, avança o jornal El Diario Vasco.

Segundo o periódico, o homem, de 39 anos, estava foragido à Justiça desde 2017. Pendia sobre ele um mandado de captura europeu, emitido pelo Luxemburgo, país onde terá abusado sexualmente de dois menores seus familiares.

Após detenção, o homem foi presente a primeiro interrogatório judicial em Espanha, acabando por ser libertado, “com medidas cautelares até a conclusão do processo de extradição para Luxemburgo”.
